New Attendance Policy

Attendance Policy
As we continue to align policies and programs across the company, a new Attendance Policy will take effect Monday, May 18th. Attached you will find the policy with all the information that you will need. Please take time to review the policy as this is a completely new policy for all team members. All team members will start with zero infractions.  Now team members will receive infractions instead of points and the infractions run continuous without any annual resets. This policy will be for all non-union fulltime, part-time and flexible team members. As always HR and ESO will be here to assist with any questions.

Important Announcements: Upcoming Change to Your Pay Schedule: Transition to Bi-Weekly Payroll

As part of our move to our new payroll system, Dayforce, we will be transitioning from a weekly pay schedule to a bi-weekly pay schedule. This change helps streamline our payroll processes and aligns with our long-term system modernization efforts. Below is everything you need to know about what’s changing, what to expect, and the tools available to support you.
WHAT THIS MEANS
  • Your last weekly paycheck will be issued on: March 27th
  • Your first bi-weekly paycheck will be issued on: April 10th
  • Going forward, pay will be delivered every other Friday.
Because bi-weekly payroll includes 26 pay periods instead of 52, certain deductions will look different:
  • Benefit premiums
  • 401(k) contributions
  • Other recurring deductions
Your usual weekly deductions will effectively double and will be applied every two weeks, but your annual deduction totals do not change.

WHEN YOUR HOURS WILL BE PAID
Final Weekly Pay Cycle
  • Week Worked: March 16 - 22
  • Final Weekly Pay Date: March 27
Transition Week (No Check Issued)
  • March 30 – April 5 (This is a normal part of moving from weekly to bi-weekly. You are not losing pay—this simply aligns your workweek to the new bi-weekly cycle.)
  • First Bi-Weekly Payroll
  • Work Period: March 23 – April 5
  • Pay Date: April 10
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Cycle
  • Work Period: April 6 - 19
  • Pay Date: April 24 …and so on.

DAYFORCE WALLET ON-DEMAND PAY
You will now have access to Dayforce Wallet On-Demand Pay, a financial wellness tool that lets you track your earnings as you work and access a portion of your pay before payday when you need it.
  • Access up to 70% of your net pay the day after your shift
  • Eligible earnings include, but not limited to regular hours, overtime, sick time, and vacation
  • Tips are also eligible but may require an additional day to process
  • Get paid up to 5 times between paydays
You’ll be able to enroll in Dayforce Wallet starting March 16th. We will provide step-by-step enrollment instructions as we get closer to the go-live date.

DAILY PAY PARTICIPANTS
The Daily Pay product will no longer be supported, and no further deposits will be sent to these accounts after the final weekly pay date of March 27th. If you have a Daily Pay account, you have the options to:
  • Set up direct deposit with your bank in Dayforce on or after March 16th.
  • Enroll in Dayforce Wallet on or after March 16th.
With either choice, your pay is secure, no accidentally lost checks, protection against late check delivery and many banks allow early access prior to the posted pay date.

EMPLOYER NAME CHANGE
You will notice a change in the employer in your earnings and bank statements. Despite the employer’s name change, you will be issued only one W2 at the end of the 2026 tax year.

WE’RE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU
We understand that changing pay frequency can feel like a big shift. Your HR teams are here to help you plan ahead and answer any questions about:
  • Timing of pay
  • Deductions
  • Dayforce Wallet
  • The transition week
  • Budget concerns or questions
If you need individualized guidance, please reach out to Human Resources by contacting ESO or emailing [email protected]
Thank you for your flexibility as we are moving toward a modern, more streamlined payroll experience.
