Welcome to the DayForce Instructions Page:

​Six Flags Magic Mountain & Hurricane Harbor uses DayForce for Team Members to view all their personal & financial information beginning March 23rd 2026. Financial Information for dates before will be on the OLD UltiPro UKG.

First Time Signing In:
Company Access Code: sfparks
Username: (NEW 7-Digit EID Number)
Password: fuNYYYYMMDD%sfp 
  • Replace YYYY with your 4-digit birth year, MM with your 2-digit birth month, & DD with your 2 digit birthday*
  • Example Birthdate: April 27th 1998 = 19980427
  • Full Password Example: fuN19980427%sfp
Create New Password: New password must meet the following requirements:
  • At least 12 characters
  • Lower case letters
  • Upper case letters
  • Numbers
  • Special characters
  • No more than 2 identical characters in a row
  • No more than 3 sequential characters in a row

Helpful Instructions with DayForce:​ 

Updating Direct Deposit
  • Log into DayForce
  • Under the "About Me" tile select "My Profile"
  • Select the "Forms" tab
  • Scroll down to the Payroll section and select "Direct Deposit"
  • Select "Remove" to delete the previous direct deposit account
  • Select "Add" to add the new direct deposit account information

  • Once everything is entered select "Submit" to submit the direct deposit changes
View Pay Statements
  • Log into DayForce
  • On the left top corner select the ☰
  • Select "Earnings"
  • Select "Earning Statements"
  • Select the paycheck statement to view

Update PErsonal Information (Address, Phone Number, Perferred Name, etc.)
  • Log into DayForce
  • Under the "About Me" tile select "My Profile"
  • Select the "Forms" tab
  • Scroll down to the Personal section and select:
    • "Address" 
    • "Contact Details"
    • "Emergency Contacts"
    • "Name and Marital Status"
  • Select the "+" to add new information & delete old information
    • To Add Preferred Name select "Name and Marital Status"
    • Under "Common Name" enter your preferred name
      • This name will only change in UKG/Name Tag it will NOT change your name on your park issued badge

  • Log into DayForce
  • On the left top corner select the ☰
  • Select "Earnings"
  • Select "Year End Forms"

Update W-4 Federal TAx
  • Log into DayForce
  • Under the "About Me" tile select "My Profile"
  • Select the "Forms" tab
  • Scroll down to the Payroll section and select "Federal W4 - 2026"
  • Update the W-4 Form then Submit

  • Log into DayForce
  • Under the "About Me" tile select "My Profile"
  • Select the "Forms" tab
  • Scroll down to the Payroll section and select "Province/State Tax Form"
  • Update the EDD Withholding Form then Submit
