CORE Position Team Members:
As a Core team member, you are eligible to participate in certain Six Flags group benefit programs. Including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, you may accrue vacation and receive additional perks exclusive to this group such as jury duty days off. Six Flags team members may also be eligible for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and our 401K plan.
If selected, to remain in the Core Program, you are required to work your scheduled hours, which should be an average minimum of 30 hours each week, and you must also be available to work on holidays, weekends, and any other peak times. You will also be audited on your hours at the end of each quarter to ensure compliance with the program.
